In the wake of the passage of the Sexual Orientation Non-Discrimination Act (SONDA), activists for people of transgender experience are pushing for 'GENDA,' the Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act. A guy in my office wondered why we were leaving out Bisexuals? After all, if the Bisexual Expression Non-Discrimination Act was a companion bill, then we'd all be pushing for GENDA BENDA.
