October, Mister!

I can't remember when I have enjoyed a post-season so much. It's like it's been orchestrated for truly great baseball. Great teams (Go Cubs!), great players, and great rivalries. The possibilities are just endless. And the games I've seen have been such good baseball. Nailbiters each and every one. The Red Sox have risen from the dead! How cool is that? The cubs have a solid shot at the series. And the Twins, slated for contraction, are playing some amazing baseball. Dad is hating the Marlins, because they snatched the wild card opportunity from the Phils. It was sort of heartbreaking to watch the Phils fall apart. And against the likes of Pittsburgh. Sheesh.

If'n you've never found much to like in baseball, this would be the time to explore the game. The drama! The personalities! The history! What is not to like?
